Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on doors (both classroom doors). Fire Code violation. Sorry Ron, each classroom door with paper has to be noted. We're not allowed to lump rooms together anymore as one hazard. Each violation has to be separate.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls.
