Health & Safety Issue Details	Boiler room must be locked at all times as this is a high risk area. You can see on the door were there was previously a lock?. Work order #13899659 was put in on May 15/23 for lock to be installed?

Corrective Action Taken	This same Noticatication13899659 was to get a lock put on this metal boiler room door. The locksmith had the boiler door assessed as believed the door was filled with asbestos. The decision was made to replace this boiler room door...date to TBD... The new lock will be installed at that time.
