Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal checked the classroom - Room 1 had a sign located right beside the doorway. Replaced the sign with a new one.
