Health & Safety Issue Details	Recommend posting a staff directory at the phone, or at the very least, posting the main office extension (500) at the phone in case of an emergency involving an OT (who may not be familiar with the school's phone extensions).

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
