Health & Safety Issue Details	This hatch could benefit from an additional railing or guard in order to assist getting feet on the ground. In addition to this, it is quite unsafe and laborious to open this hatch while also keeping ones self steady on the ladder and opening the hatch while maintaining 3 points of contact.
