Health & Safety Issue Observed	window covering recommended on 1st floor (emergency lockdown procedures)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Not on the first floor but educator in this room indicated the window covering has been broken for approaching a year. Educator highlighted that despite being on the second floor that a section of the roof is in line enough with the window to make looking in a possibility should an intruder be on the roof. Advised it be repaired.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for window coverings on all 1st floor windows, it is recommended in the TDSB Lockdown Procedures.
