Health & Safety Issue Details	Throughout the auto shop there are items such as tools, parts and even a soccer ball strewn about on the floor. Advised that areas be kept clear of unnecessary materials.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Principal to speak with teacher using the auto shop to ensure that all tools, parts and soccer balls are stored properly, and teacher to follow up with cleaning the area.
