Health & Safety Issue Details	Guarding inadequate on Fan Exh #2 (SAP #10005251). This is old guarding which allows fingers to pass through. It's not up to current MoL or TDSB standards - see photo. The fan in Fan Rm C, as an example, has been remedied like this one should be.
