Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	Large metal equipment container in kindergrden yard is a potential hazard. MOL attended local school recently, due to inability to fully open door and secure safely. Same issue appears with this container. Potential hazard for potential injury. Ie break foot.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor are reminded of their requirement to respond to all hazards within 21 days. The completed inspection report is to be 'printed' and then posted on the Health & Safety bulletin Board.
Corrective Action Taken	The ECE and teacher closed the door after equipment is taken out for the day.
