Health & Safety Issue Details	House phones are not functioning. Primary source of communicating hazards, threats or immediate action are limited to walkie talkies.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
