Renewal Instructions

It is the responsibilities of the custodians and students themselves to make sure that students renew with the International Students and Admissions Office and make tuition payments on time. Custodians should also assist the students with their renewals of study permits and entry visa to Canada (if required).

If you started at a TDSB school in September, the deadline to renew is:

October 31 for the next Semester

March 31 of the next School Year

If you started at a TDSB school in February, the deadline to renew is:

March 31 for the next semester

October 31 of the next school Year

A late re-entry fee of $500.00 CAD shall apply if student fails to complete the renewal process before the deadline.

For returning students, their new medical insurance will be emailed to them directly through their TDSB student’s email 2 weeks prior to the start of their new semester. For details on the insurance coverage please click here.
