Program Locations
Access to secondary Extended French and French Immersion programs for students currently in French Immersion or Extended French in the TDSB is designated through a pathway from the Grade 8 school.
Please note: Due to changes to the Out-of-Area Admissions
procedure, students in French Immersion/Extended French programs at a school
other than their French program school based on their address, must return to
their designated pathway school by address for middle/secondary school. If students
wish to attend a middle/secondary French Immersion/Extended French program that is not
associated with their address, they must apply to that school via the
Out-of-Area Admissions process.
Students not currently in a TDSB school but who wish to attend a TDSB secondary school for French Immersion or Extended French may inquire directly at the secondary school. Admission MAY be granted (but cannot be guaranteed) based on the following criteria:
- Available space
- Equivalent background in French
