Payment Information

The Extended Day Program is legislated to be a fee-for-service program paid for directly by families on a cost recovery to the Board.

Effective July 1, 2019:
The Extended Day Program semi-monthly fee is a flat fee based on $32.50 per day for instructional days and $55 per day for non-instructional days. Payments are currently set at $357.63 due on the 1st and 15th of each month for a total of $715.25 monthly. The total fee is calculated for the school year, less closure days. Semi-monthly payments are made through School Cash Online. Please note late payments are subject to a 5% fee.

*Please note that the rates are reassessed every calendar year, and rates are subject to change with a two week written notice to all families registered.

 


Method of Payment 

Extended Day Program payments are made online via School Cash Online: https://tdsb.schoolcashonline.com

Payment can be made by Interac, credit card or e-cheque (e-transfer). Parents/ guardians must log on to the site semi-monthly to remit payment and avoid being charged a late fee. Please note a 5% late fee will be charged on any outstanding balances. An automatic payment reminder notice is emailed prior to the payment due date. Receipts can be downloaded from the payment site.
