Technical Support

The School Council Chair/Co-Chair Support Site contains a number of helpful resources and should be the first place the School Council Chair/Co-Chair looks at for "how to" information. 

  • If a School Council Chair/Co-Chair has an account and needs assistance with it (except password resets), they can contact the School Community IT Support team.
  • If a School Council Chair/Co-Chair does not have an account or has an account but requires a password reset they should contact their school office. 
    • The school office can Log ticket on behalf of School Council Chair/Co-Chair through this ServiceIT form;
    • Share ticket results with the School Council Chair/Co-Chair. 

Note: Please do not send any School Council Chairs'/Co-Chairs' technical support questions to the Parent/Caregiver Engagement Office Staff.
