Planning to make Toronto your new home? We can help landed immigrants, convention refugees & protected persons, permanent residents, and other newcomers to find the information and guidance you need to work, live, and play in Toronto. Our services are completely free!

We provide services and support so you can feel empowered and gain independence in Canada.

We offer FREE on-site childcare services, so parents and guardians can receive services without worrying about childcare.

We also offer youth programs, including afterschool supports, like homework clubs; one-on-one academic tutoring; youth focused information sessions; employment and volunteer opportunities; and more. Check out our in-school program, Welcoming Communities, for school-aged children and youth.

Featured Workshops and Events:

  • Online Citizenship session: Happening on Wednesday (3 pm – 4:30 pm) and Friday (10 am – 11:30 am), this session prepares your citizenship test. It is a series of workshop that covers all aspects of the “Discover Canada” book.
  • Resume Review: Are you looking to get your resume professionally reviewed? Contact us to know more about the process and get it done.
  • Computer Basics: Want to enhance your computer skills while in lockdown. Join us every Monday from 9:30 am – 12 pm for an instructor led session.
  • Facebook Live: Join us on facebook live every Thursday from 10 am – 11 am to get answers on various settlement topics.
