Student Trustees Election

The Toronto District School Board is committed to providing an equitable experience for all of the Student Trustee candidates. Should you have a concern related to your ability to participate in the Student Trustees Election due to access to technology, please contact either Nick Rowe at [email protected] or Tiffany Peel at [email protected].

Each year, two Student Trustees are elected to sit on the Board of Trustees to represent the voice of approximately 239,000 TDSB students. Student Trustees attend Board and Committee meetings and act as a link to students, the Board, and school communities. They sit on the Student Senate and work closely with the Student Senate members and school communities to empower and promote student voice and engagement across the district.

The 2025 TDSB Student Trustees Election will take place on February 26 and 27. Students in grades 7 to 11 are eligible to vote for two candidates maximum.
